A Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of criminal mischief following an incident at a county business.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Gary Bainbridge, 57, of Minersville, was in the Adult Book Store, located at 1426 Route 61 South in North Manheim Township at 1:09 p.m. on March 28. While in the store he was observed removing an adult DVD from a case and placing it in his coat pocket while continuing to look around.He then removed the DVD from his pocket and put it back on the shelf. The DVD sustained scratches and was no longer usable, troopers said, causing the charge to be filed against Bainbridge.
