A Schuylkill County man is facing a bad check count.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Ronald Halupa, of Shenandoah, gave a check to Ken's Tire Inc., of North Manheim Township, about 10 a.m. on Aug. 3 which was returned for insufficient funds.The business sent several certified letters to Halupa to resolve the matter but he failed to respond. The business then notified state police who filed the charge.
