Two Carbon County men are facing drug counts in Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said troopers stopped a vehicle about 2:19 p.m. on Nov. 15 along Old Route 22, east of Bartholomew Court, in Weisenberg Township, for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance.The driver was identified as Ryan Michael Mucka, 23, of Lehighton. Through further investigation it was found that Mucka and his passenger, Gary Lee Giehl, 23, also of Lehighton, both had small clear plastic bags of suspected marijuana in their possession. Also, Mucka was found to be in possession of a glass smoking device.Both were arrested and charged with drug counts, troopers said. Mucka is also facing a DUI charge.
