Ronnie Snyder of Mahoning Township recently capped an outstanding dirt bike season by capturing the 50cc open class at Evansville MX Park in Berwick, Pa. Snyder, who is just nine-years-old, dominated the compeitition. In 12 races this year, he had seven first place finishes, four second place finishes, and one fourth place. Snyder earned 281 points in those races to easily win the season title. Snyder, who started riding dirt bikes when he was four years old and racing when he was five, competes on a KTM 50cc bike. Next season, Snyder will move up to racing a KTM 65cc dirt bike. Snyder is the son of Bill and Kim Snyder.
