Several area residents were arraigned on Monday in Schuylkill County by District Attorney Karen Byrnes-Noon on criminal counts. All requested a trial by jury.
Arraigned included: Neil Brian Kennedy, 10 W. Bertsch St., Lansford, charged by Coaldale Patrolman Charles Blesse, with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving when stoped last May 26 in 400 block on High Street.
Ashley Marie Weirich, 19, of 308 Washington St., Tamaqua, charged by Tamaqua Patrolman Michael J. Hobbs, with possessing a prohibited weapon (stun gun), illegal use of a electric or electronic incapacitating device, simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct during an incident last May 9 along N. Railroad St.
Jason Ryan Steinbrunn, 23, of 346 Mushdahl Road, New Ringgold, charged by Tamaqua Patrolman Thonas Duarte, with recklessly endangering a passenger in his vehicle and careless driving last May 19 on Berwick St.
Debra Lynn Beibleheimer, 57, of 523 Miller Road, Zion Grove, North Union Township, charged by rush Township Patrolman Bradley Hess, with DUI of alcohol and failing to drive on right side of road last April 26 on Lincoln Drive.
Nicole Renee Strawdinger, 33, of 82 W. Center St., Nesquehoning, charged by Coaldale Chief Timothy Delaney, with possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to have a driver's license when stopped last May 29 on First St.
Kerry Hoffman, 30, of 68 W. Center St., Nesquehoning, charged by Rush Patrolman Corey Herring, with criminal attempt to commit retail theft at Walmart Store in Hometown last Aril 21.
George J. Bonetsky IV, 35, of 262 Fourth St., Coaldale, charged by Rush Patrolman Corey Herring, with possession of a controlled substance and retail theft from Walmart Store in Hometown.
