West End Fair's Got Talent show

The West End Fair sent out the word that it was looking for local talent to perform in its first West End Fair's Got Talent show.

There were 37 responses and officials had a tough job of narrowing it down to the top 15. Those 15 will perform on Sunday, Aug. 25 at 7 p.m. on the Main Stage.First place winners will receive $250 and will be the opening act for Richie Fields on Saturday, Aug. 31 at 6:30 p.m. Second place will receive $150 and third, $100.The top 15 acts are: Katie Rubino; Basket Full of Red Pandas; Cody Edman; Elizabeth Gillen; Gina and Victoria Garcia Bellarose; Melody's Senior Hip Hop Group; Justine Johnson; Katerina Ramos; Kenny Scharlatt; Last Dance Miss Megan's Group; Laura Micari; Matthew Horn; Myava Lobban; Samantha Wagner; The Band To No Where.Be sure to come out and support your favorite act or just to enjoy the great talent that exists in the West End.
