State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a prescription fraud incident that occurred at a Schuylkill County pharmacy.

Troopers said a black female entered the Rite Aid Pharmacy, located at 44 Kings Village, Norwegian Township, about 9:55 a.m. on Aug. 8 and presented two different prescriptions. The prescriptions were determined to be fake and issued from the Urgent Care Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
