"I am running as a write-in candidate because I love my community. I believe I can collaborate effectively and efficiently with the borough manager and other council members as Weatherly moves into the future. I also have a strong desire to preserve our history and the quality of life that Weatherly residents have come to enjoy," he said

Chippi says that if elected, he promises to make himself available to Weatherly residents, listen to their concerns and suggestions, and be their voice on council.
