State police at Fern Ridge are investigating a armed robbery at a Monroe County business.

Troopers said a white male entered the Turkey Hill Mini Mart, located in Gilbert, Chestnuthill Township, about 11:39 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, and stole $156.50. He had a pistol in his jacket that he showed to the clerk, troopers said.He was last seen traveling south on Weir Mountain Road, towards Kunkletown driving a silver colored car.He was described as being heavy set, wearing a black ski mask, black leather jacket, and black jeans.
