Announcement has been made of the engagement of Jennifer Pisarchick of Coaldale to Steven Drake, also of Coaldale.

The bride-elect is the daughter of John Pisarchick of Elysburg. A 1991 graduate of Southern Columbia High School, she earned a bachelor of arts degree in mass communications from Bloomsburg University in 1995.She is employed as director of marketing and admissions at Maple Shade Meadows in Nesquehoning.The prospective bridegroom is the son of Kerry and Joanne Drake of Montoursville. The 1992 graduate of Montoursville High School attended Albright College, studying computer science.He is employed as a technical support technician for Susquehanna Health.The couple is planning an Oct. 20, 2012 wedding.
