Persons arraigned request jury trials

All of the persons arraigned on criminal charges Monday before District Attorney Karen Byrnes Noon at the Schuylkill County courthouse entered pleas of not guilty and requested jury trials.

They included:John Edward Klein Jr., 28, of 330 Fillmore St., Bethlehem, charged by Schuylkill Haven Patrolman David T. George, with possession of a CS in 300 block of Centre St.Crystal Marie Freed, 22, Ashland, was charged by Ashland Chief Adam J. Bernodin, with 228 charges, including 86 counts of theft by deception, 86 counts of receiving stolen property, and 56 counts of credit card theft. Information filed to court claims Freed befriended Glenn Wolfgang, 1613 Walnut St., claiming she needed money to fight breast cancer and he gave her 30 checks totaling $32,640 plus his credit card to cover food and gas on her visit to Reading for treatment. She used the credit card 56 times for total of $6,597.63 but investigations disclosed she did not have breast cancer. She obtained a total of $39,233.63 from Wolfgang.Darwin Gregory Knight Jr., 21, Pottsville, charged by Minersville Patrolman Jeffrey R. Bowers, with criminal conspiracy and two counts to of possession of a CS.Donald George Ignjatatovic, 21, Shenandoah, charged by Corporal James Cuttitta, state trooper, with failure to register under Megan's Law as a sex offender.Dale Heintzelman, 35, Shenandoah, charged by Shenandoah Patrolman Robert Senape, with burglary at 15 S. Catherine St., theft of DVDs, receiving stolen property, loitering at night, and criminal mischief by kicking in back door.Warren J. Riley, 32, an inmate at the state correctional institution in Ryan Township near Frackville, charged by Trooper Edward Lizewski with two counts of simple assault and harassment of correctional officer.Patricia M. Larkin, 39, Pottsville, charged by Branch Township Patrolman Richard Clink, with DUI of alcohol in Llewellyn.David Alyn Lapp, 47, Pine Grove, charged by Pine Grove Cpl. Christopher Cruz, with being involved in accident with vehicle of Kami Miller on N. Tulpehocken St.Stephen Paul Misto, 32, Hazleton, charged by Rush Patrolman Corey Herring, with criminal conspiracy and retail theft from Wal-mart Store, Hometown, of two televisions and other items with a total value of $525.Charles Augustin Blake, 23, Hazleton, charged by Patrolman Herring with retail theft of 25 assorted video games from Wal-mart Store, Hometown, valued at $579.David Rockwell, 33, Girardville, charged by Rush Patrolman Adam Sinton, with DUI of alcohol on Marion Avenue, failing to have a driver's license, and darkening windows to obscure visibility inside.Daniel A. Wapinsky, 49, Ashland, charged by Trooper Thomas Hornung with DUI of alcohol on SR901, Pottsville-Branch Township HighwayCasey Dean Herring, 24, Pine Grove, charged by Trooper James Day with DUI alcohol on Interstate 81 in Pine Grove Township, driving in left lane with limited visibility of oncoming traffic, failing to drive at safe speed, careless driving, and failing to wear seat belt.Katherine Mock, 33, Shenandoah, charged by Schuylkill County Drug Task Force with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver a CS, possession of a CS and drug paraphernalia, and one count of delivery to a CI of eight bags of marijuana. Mock was also charged by West Mahanoy Township Chief Shawn Tray, with recklessly endangering Walter Palubinsky, 125 Mount Olive Boulevard, criminal mischief to his jeep, driving while her operating privileges were suspended, involved in accident with parked vehicle, and careless driving.Andrea L. Dinofa, 35, Lost Creek, charged by county drug task force with two counts each of delivery of a CS to a CI consisting of five bags of crack cocaine for $140 in Mahanoy City, two counts of possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia.William Rodriguez, 30, Shenandoah, charged by county drug task force with two counts of delivery of CS to a CI consisting of ten baggies of crack cocaine in Shenandoah and two counts each of possession with intent to deliver and drug paraphernalia.Kristen Nichole McCabe, 29, Shenandoah, charged by county drug task force with delivery of a CS, and possession by selling four baggies of cocaine for $120 to undercover agent.Eddie M. Adams, 33, Shenandoah, charged by Shenandoah Patrolman Laurie Dudash, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia when stopped at East Lloyd and North Main sts., driving while operating privileges were suspended, and failing to carry car insurance.Richard Bates, 27, Shenandoah, charged by county drug task force with delivery of a CS to CI of baggie of methamphetamine powder for $60, possession with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia.Felix Luna, 23, Shenandoah, charged by county drug task force with delivery of a CS to a CI of two baggies of crack cocaine for $100, possession with intent to deliver, and possession.Alex J.
