Kayla Pecha marries Charles Field III

Kayla M. Pecha, daughter of Pat and Greg Pecha of Nesquehoning, and Charles Field III, son of Charlie and Darlene Field of Summit Hill, were united in marriage on May 19, 2012 at St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Nesquehoning. The Rev. Francis P. Schoenauer officiated the double ring ceremony. Bob Ames was the organist and Kathy Crampsie was the vocalist.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose Ashley Mattrazzo of Lehighton to be her maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Deanna Focht, Coaldale; Jennifer Yurick, Summit Hill; Alexis Simchak, Nesquehoning; and Amanda Field, Summit Hill.Junior bridesmaids were Erin and Megan Shober, Absecon, N.J.; and Emily and Lauren Reaman, Nesquehoning. Megan Reaman was the flower girl.The bridegroom chose Craig Filer of Coaldale to perform the duties of best man. Ushers included Gregory Pecha, Nesquehoning; Christopher Field and Chris Pelo, both of Summit Hill; and Robert Pribila, Lansford. Andrew Reaman, Nesquehoning. was the ring bearer.A reception at Carmen's Country Inn in Drums, followed the ceremony. The couple honeymooned in Las Vegas.Prenuptial parties for the couple included a bridal shower given by the mother of the bride and bridesmaids at the Summit Hill Community Center. The rehearsal dinner, hosted by the parents of the bridegroom, was held at the Reaman residence.The new Mrs. Field is a 2007 graduate of Panther Valley High School. She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting in 2011 from Bloomsburg University, and will graduate with a master's degree in business education in December. She is a student teacher at Mount Laurel Junior/Senior High School.Mr. Field is a 2006 graduate of Panther Valley High School. He is a driver for USP.The newlyweds reside in Nesquehoning.
