Phillip St., Coaldale, charged by Coaldale Patrolman Joseph Krebs, with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol last Feb. 26 on Fifth Street, driving while his operating privileges were suspended, and failing to lower his high beam lights to approaching vehicles.Timothy M.
