Carbon County Tax Claim Bureau will be conducting their annual Public Upset Tax Sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28 in the Commissioners Conference Room, Third Floor, Courthouse Annex, Jim Thorpe.

The purpose of this sale is to collect all unpaid taxes, municipal claims and all other assessed costs.Anyone having any questions concerning this sale may contact the Carbon County Tax Claim Bureau at the office in the Courthouse Annex from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or call (460) 325-3535.
