A Kunkletown man faces a charge of driving under the influence.

Curt Joseph Handlovic, 45, committed a traffic violation on Serfass Road, west of Long Mountain Road, at 10 p.m. Sept. 2 and was stopped by state police at Lehighton.The trooper saw that Handlovic was driving under the influence of alcohol and was arrested.
