Retail theft

Criminal charges were filed against Denise Rex, 61, of 1105 Hamilton Street, Lehighton, for theft by deception, and five counts of forgery. The incident occurred on April 29, 2008, in the 700 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Criminal charges were filed against Lorene Goerlitz, 36, of 3763 Forest Inn Road, Palmerton, for retail theft. The incident occurred on Oct. 8 at 1:14 p.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Criminal charges were filed against Vickie Turoscy, 54, of 158 Avenue A, Palmerton, for retail theft. The incident occurred on Aug. 24 at 1:45 p.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

A citation was filed against Danielle Eremus, 24, of 1 Court Street, Lehighton, for retail theft. The violation occurred on Oct. 22 at 11:14 a.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Michael Dydynsky, 20, of 475 Station Street, Lehighton, was cited for retail theft. The violation occurred on Sept. 28 at 12:14 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Traffic violation

Nathan Binder, 20, of 90 Flora Circle, Lehighton, was cited for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on Oct. 18 at 5:50 p.m. at Delaware Avenue and Beltz Lane.

Jonathan Shuster, 30, of 919 Edgemont Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for careless driving. The violation occurred on Oct. 20 at 11:14 p.m. on Mauch Chunk Road.

Disorderly conduct

Criminal charges were filed against Paula Kuntzman, 44, of 516 E Fourth Street, Room A, Bethlehem, for recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, and harassment. The incident occurred on Oct. 12 at 4:23 p.m. in the 700 block of Railroad Alley.

Receiving stolenproperty

Criminal charges were filed against Nichlous Brogan, 19, of 688 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, for theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property. The incident occurred on Aug. 25 at 3 a.m. in the 700 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Underage drinking

A citation was filed against Jonathan Zerby, 20, of 635 Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, for underage drinking. The violation occurred on Oct. 23 at 8:20 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.
