In a Schuylkill County court story that appeared on page four of the Wednesday, Oct. 24, edition of the TIMES NEWS the name of a Coaldale man found not guilty of simple assault and harassment, was spelled incorrectly.

Robert C. Perrin, 47, was acquitted by a jury panel. The original story had his named spelled Perron. The paper regrets the error.
