A man is facing a charge of criminal trespass following an incident in Carbon County.

State police at Lehighton said Gerard Nieroda, of Kunkletown, entered the driveway of Ronnie Lockard, 7735 Pohopoco Drive, Kunkletown, Towamensing Township, and remained there after being told to leave.The incident occurred on Oct. 21 about 6:30 p.m., troopers said.
