Myers showed signs of impairment and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected by the officers. Myers failed field sobriety tests and was transported to the county DUI center for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results.

A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Brandon Clark, 37, also of Pocono Lake.
