Fugitive nabbed; other arrests

State police at Lehighton reported the apprehension of a wanted person and other arrests made recently.

Troopers said Anthony Pellegrino, 33, of Kresgeville, was taken into custody about 8:40 p.m. on Sept. 29, at the intersection of Dotters Corner and Barry S. roads, in Polk Township, Monroe County. Troopers said Pellegrino had an warrant for his arrest issued from New Jersey.He was placed in the county prison in Snydersville.Troopers said Sara Ann Williams, 38, of Mount Bethel, Northampton County, was arrested for disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred about 9:22 p.m. on Sept. 29. Troopers said Williams was arrested after yelling at a 15-year-old female which caused a disturbance.Cody Heller, 18, of Kunkletown, was arrested for simple assault for an incident that occurred about 12:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3, along Grassy Lane, in Polk Township. Troopers said during a domestic incident Heller allegedly assaulted a 19-year-old female. The female, who was not identified by troopers, was treated for injuries at the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg.
