Michael L. Anthony, 43, of Palmerton, is facing driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol charges after he was stopped by state police at Lehighton at 12:10 a.m. Nov. 25.

The incident happened along Fireline Road, near Snyder Road, in Towamensing Township, Carbon County.Police said they observed Anthony driving a Subaru Outback in an erratic manner and learned he was under the influence of alcohol after making the stop.
