It is Boris' seventh Grid Picks Title in his 12 years on staff (since 2001), as he finished the annual high school football contest with an overall record of 145-50 (a .744 winning percentage).Boris successfully defended his Grid Picks championship by leading the contest in 12 of its 13 weeks and blew the race wide open with a 14-1 record in week nine to take a commanding nine-game lead over the rest of the field. Boris also captured Grid Picks Championships in 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009 and 2011, in addition to four runner-up finishes in 2003, 2004, 2007 and 2008.
