A Holiday Open House will be held at the Lehigh Gap Nature Center in Slatington on Saturday, Dec. 1, 1-3 pm.

Members, friends, and neighbors are welcome to visit the Osprey House for an afternoon of fun, crafts, and refreshments. Santa will be at the Center from 1-2 p.m.

Bill and Lorraine Mineo will lead a workshop in using greens and grapevines to make holiday wreaths and swags. Bring clippers and last year's grapevine wreath if possible.

Deborah Hamburger and her daughter Katie will show you how to make paper and turn it into tree decorations and gift tags.

Bring a small plate of your favorite holiday snacks or cookies to share.
