The Palmerton Area Democratic Club will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 13, at 7 p.m. at the Fireline Hotel, Bowmanstown. The featured speaker will be political science professor, Dr. Roy Christman, with "Post-Election Analysis."

The PADC's Holiday Dinner and Annual Meeting will be on Dec. 11 and will include election of officersThe club will continue to collect canned goods at each meeting to benefit the food bank run by the Community Action Council of Palmerton Area Churches (CACPAC).The area covered by the club includes Palmerton, Bowmanstown, Towamensing Township and Lower Towamensing Township.Meetings are monthly, the second Tuesday of the month, September to May, 7 p.m. at the Fireline Hotel.
