A McAdoo man has been charged with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol following a vehicle stop in McAdoo on Oct. 5.
Patrolman William Curilla was on routine patrol at 2:39 a.m. when he observed a black vehicle traveling on rear South Kennedy Drive at a high rate of speed. The officer was able to stop the vehicle in the area of Monroe Street and Rear South Kennedy Drive and identified the operator as Jordan Nieves of 22 Bridge St., McAdoo.
