Twenty-nine first offenders, charged with non-violent criminal acts, were placed in the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program by Senior Judge D. Michael Stine in Schuylkill County court.

All were placed for a year, unless otherwise noted:

Joshua L. Garris, 25, of 1211 Bolich St., Andreas, West Penn Township, was assessed $350 to defray cost of the program, pay $50 to Criminal Justicen Enhancement Account (CJEA) fund, and perform 10 hours of community service. Garris was cited by Orwigsburg Patrolman Brandon K. Bayer. for assaulting Elizabeth Bierniek, 122 Columbia St., Orwigsburg.

William Roger Weand, 40, of 2011 Tyson St., New Ringgold, assessed $350, $50 to CJEA, perform 10 hours community service, and enroll and successfullly complete anger management program. Weand was cited by Trooper Paul E. Hardnock last July 17 with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment. The information filed to court states he pointed a gun at Joseph Padora, 114 Tyson St., New Ringgold.

Thomas Carl Bielec, 50, Flint, Mich., placed for 24 months, $350 assessment, $50 to CJEA fund, 20 hours community service, make restitution of $1,000 to Boy Scouts of America, and $3,500 to Boy Scouts Insurance. Bielec was cited by Cpl. Michael Sadusky, state trooper, with theft of supply equipment Hawk Mountain Council of Boy Scouts in Wayne Township.

Brian Shaun Dasch, 39, Schuylkill Haven, assessed $350, and $50 to CJEA fund, 10 hours community service, undergo mental health evaluation, and enroll in anger management program. Dasch was cited by Schuylkill Haven Patrolman Kenneth A. Jacoby, with four counts each of terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another peson, disorderly conduct and harassment with his vehicle four people crossing East Market Street.

Angela Marie Dolla, 37, Pine Grove, $350 assessment, $50 to CJEA fund, and 10 hours community service. Dolla was cited by Pine Grove Cpl. Corporal Christopher Cruz, for resisting arrest.

Howard Charles Beury,18, Schuylkill Haven,$350 assessment, $50 to CJEA fund, 10 hours community service, and enroll in anger management program. Beury was charged by Schuylkill Haven Patrolman Warren G. Firing, with four counts each of simple assault and recklessly endangering young children with an air soft weapon.

Joseph Edward Houtz, 54, Schuylkill Haven,$350 assessment, $50 to CJEA fund, 10 hours community service, and undergo drug and alcohol evaluation. Houtz was cited by Schuylkill Haven police, for disorderly conduct.

Wade Albert Yoder, 25, Auburn, $350 assessment, $100 to Substance Abuse Education (SAE) fund, $50 to CJEA fund, and 10 hours community service. Yoder was cited by Pine Gove Cpl. Christopher Cruz, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Linda Kay Sibble, 23, Weatherly, $350 assessment, $50 to CJEA fund, 10 hours community service, and make restitution to Walmert Store $274.54. Sibble was cited by Rush Township Patrolman Corey Herring.

Justin Kroh, 26, Ashland, $350 assessment, $50 to CJEA fund, 20 hours community service, and enroll in Retail Theft Diversion program. Kroh was cited by Saint Clair Patrolman Chad H. Seitzinger, for retail theft from Walmart Store.

Joshua Leonard Ney, 18, Pottsville, $350 assessment, $50 to CJEA fund, 10 hours community service, and make restitution of $80 to Breana Holley. Ney was cited by Pottsville Patrolman Kirk A. Becker, on charges of identity theft, credit card fraud and theft. The police report claims he removed Holley's credit card from her purse from a school locker at the Pottsville Area High School.

John A. Caba, 23, Reading, $350 assessment, $100 to SAE fund, $50 to CJEA fund, and 10 hours community service. Caba was cited by Butler Township Patrolman Christopher Hand, with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Deborah Ann Lengle, 56, Pine Grove, $350 assessment, $50 to CJEA fund, 10 hours community service, complete retail theft diversion program, and make restitution of $127.17 to Walmart Store. Lengle was cited by Saint Clair Patrolman Joseph J. Leskin Jr.

The following were placed on driving under the influence charges.

Thomas E.
