Tamaqua HS students exhibit their artwork

Over 200 art projects, done by Mrs. Sharon Chromiak's High School art class, were featured recently in the lobby and halls surrounding the Tamaqua Area School District auditorium. Types of student artwork consisted of 3-D painting, ceramics, photography, graphic design, drawings, sculptures, altered books, print making and more. Many of the displayed artworks were draped with ribbons for winning first, second or third place in the Schuylkill County Council of Arts (SCCA) contest. Chromiak stated her appreciation to the Tamaqua Area School District, parent and all the students who put so much effort into their artwork.
