An announcement has been made of the engagement of Tammy Schock of Tamaqua and Jesse Stine of New Ringgold.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Howard Startzel Sr. of Tamaqua and the late Catherine Startzel. A graduate of Tamaqua Area High School, she is employed by Independent Living Services, Tamaqua, as a personal care associate.Her fiance is the son of John Wojick of Reading and the late Paul and Pat Stine of Grier City. A graduate of Pottsville Area High School, he is employed as a landscaping specialist.No date has been set for the wedding.
