March 31, 1967 The Philadelphia Eagles basketball team rebounds from a slow start to hand the Panther Valley Stars a 94-76 defeat in an exhibition played at Panther Valley High School. The PV Stars jump out to a 21-12 first-quarter lead behind 10 points from Tony Zonca but the Eagles dominate the rest of the way. Timmy Brown (who played eight season for the Eagles and ran for 3,703 yards) scores a game-high 32 points in the contest. For the PV Stars, Zonca finishes with a team-high 16 points. Joe Paluck contributes 13, Tom Ouly nets 12 and Bob Parfitt adds 10.
