Two people were cited following an incident that occurred at 8:18 a.m. July 21 along Route 100, near Hollenbach Road in Lowhill Township, Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said Luis Daniel Ayala, 28, of Catasauqua, and Jose Luis Avila, 37, of Slatington, were involved in a fight that resulted in both parties striking each other as the vehicle they were in was traveling northbound.Both were issued citations for harassment, troopers said.
