March 9, 1934 Tommy McKeever comes off the bench and hits two key shots in the fourth quarter to help Summit Hill hold off Frackville, 27-24, in the District 11 playoffs. After Bobby Cooper hits a foul shot to tie the game and then drains a long jumper to give the Hillers the lead, McKeever keeps his team ahead by scoring the Hillers' final two field goals.
