State police at Lehighton reported on the following arrests made by troopers.

Troopers said about 11:30 p.m. on June 21 at 1 Grassy Lane, Polk Township, Monroe County, Jamie Marie Lavender, 19, of Kunkletown, and Cody Marquis Heller, 18, of Gilbert, neighbors, were "hanging out" when an altercation occurred. Heller is accused of pushing Lavender into a wall. Troopers said on scene Lavender was given a breath test after they detected the odor of alcohol. The test revealed a .15BAC.

He was cited for harassment and underage drinking.

Jeffrey Hartpence, 49, of Slatington, showed up at the Palmerton hospital about 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 24, after learning his wife had been arrested for drunk driving.

At the hospital Hartpence created a physically hazardous condition, was intoxicated and began yelling at troopers in the presence of hospital staff and emergency room patients.

He was placed under arrest and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Troopers said on Wednesday, June 27, about 4:15 p.m. they responded to the East Penn Trucking Company, in East Penn Township, Carbon County, for a reported violation of a protection from abuse (PFA) order.

Troopers said Robert Earl Ehret II, 46, of Lehighton, said Cheryl Fran Ehret, 43, of Palmerton, violated the order when she came to his place of employment and attempted to make contact with him via a third party.

Troopers said she was taken into custody and arraigned before a district judge for violating the order. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
