Monday, July 9, the Palmerton Area Historical Society's meeting will be a mystery tour. Members and guests should meet at the parking lot across from Hager's Furniture by 6 p.m. (note earlier time) to car pool to the site. This replaces the usual meeting at the library.

At 7 p.m., Sunday, July 1, the Lehigh Valley Italian-American Band will perform in the Palmerton Borough Park. Bring your own lawn chair.
In case of rain, the concert will be held in the borough hall, located at 443 Delaware Ave. Next week, July 8, The Pennsylvania Villagers will perform.
