A Monroe County teen has been charged with criminal mischief for an incident that occurred about 11:16 a.m. on Tuesday, June 26, in the parking lot of the Wawa store at the intersection of state Routes 715 and 209 in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said Donald Ebinger, 18, of Effort, was charged after he allegedly damaged the side mirrors on the vehicle of Robert Foster, 50, also of Effort.The incident followed an argument the two had inside the store, troopers said.
