A Tamaqua man will receive two citations following an incident in the 200 block of East Broad Street last Friday.

Schuylkill Township Police Chief Jesse Zimmerman was in the area of the Majestic House Apartment Complex when he witnessed one man punching another.The assailant was identified as David Green, 60, of 402 Pine St., and the victim was Vincent Smith, 60, of 409 W. Broad St., Tamaqua. The argument was reportedly over a woman.Green was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct.
