The Carbon Schuylkill Community Theater offers its production of "Delia Dancer, Doughnut Girl," on Friday, June 15 at 7 p.m., and Saturday, June 16 with a matinee at 2 p.m. and an evening performance at 7 p.m.
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the show.
The show will be staged at the Lehighton Borough Annex Auditorium, 110 North Third St., Lehighton.
This 1950s radio production showcases the comical unraveling of an episode of "Delia Dancer," complete with an appearance by the Hub City Singers and delicious doughnuts.
The show promises to entertain audiences of all ages.
Cast members include Bob Fatzinger as the narrator, Keith Shelly II as the announcer, McKenzie Kupres as Delia Dancer, Toni Reid as Ma Dancer, Ryan Miorelli as Glen Burnie, Cameron Zerbe as Downy Pike, Katie Evans as "another doughnut girl," Dalton Fake as the professor, and Shirley Rodgers as the cop.
The Hub City Singers feature Marissa Miller, Shirley Rodgers, Jake Tokosh and Jonathan M. Rodgers.
"Delia Dancer, Doughnut Girl" is directed by Jonathan M. Rodgers, president of the CSCT. Other board members include, Marissa Miller, treasurer; Josiah Behrens, secretary; and executive members Zane Bachert and Barbara Maloney.
