The perseverance they displayed inside the classroom was worthy of such acclaim.

Which is why the high esteem placed upon this particular collection of Palmerton Area High School seniors should come as no surprise.

Sponsored by the Palmerton Area Service Club, 14 PAHS students were celebrated at the Class of 2012 Top Ten Percent Dinner held recently at the Aquashicola Fire Company.

The Palmerton Area Service Club was thanked on behalf of the school district for their generosity in recognizing the students.

A sincere thank you went out to Anna Strohl, president of the Palmerton Area Service Club, for all of her hard work putting the event together, as well as the fire company for hosting and preparing the delicious meal.
