State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following arrests.

Three persons involved in what troopers termed was a neighbors' dispute, were charged. Troopers said the incident occurred about 8:28 p.m. on May 28 along Orchard View Drive, in Jackson Township, Monroe County.Charged with harassment were Silvia Angelina Suero-Rodriguez, 35, Maria Elena Lovell, 44, and Miriam Diana Benitez, 26, all of Effort.On May 25, troopers were dispatched to the Indian Mountain Lakes development in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, for a report of a domestic incident. During a pat-down search of Robert W. Buskirk, 28, of Pen Argyl, troopers said they found a small amount of marijuana on his person. He was charged with drug possession, troopers said.
