A St. Clair man is facing charges in Rush Township following a traffic stop last Thursday.

Keith Lash II, 29, was stopped along State Road at 9:27 p.m. for suspected traffic violations. Due to his actions, officers suspected he was operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. He was transported to a Pottsville Hospital for blood tests.Charges are pending the results of the blood test.
