Schnoke proceeded to grab the teen by the arm and push his forearm/hand into his neck causing abrasons.

Troopers said Russell Dissinger, 28, also of Pine Grove, arrived on scene and pushed Schnoke causing minor abrasions to his arm.

Schnoke and Dissinger were both issued citations for harassment, troopers said.
