A Summit Hill woman was charged after drug paraphernalia was found in her possession.
According to Summit Hill Police, on Oct. 6, 2011, at 12:55 p.m., police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Amanda Reed, 30, of 272 W. Ludlow St. Upon investigation, it was discovered that Reed had drug paraphernalia in her vehicle.
She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
