State police at the Fern Ridge barracks said a traffic stop made at 8:40 p.m. Jan. 25 at the intersection of Towands Street and State Rt. 940 in White Haven Borough resulted in police uncovering 113 bags of heroin on two persons who were in the vehicle.

Charged in connection with the incident are Jason Charles Crunetti, 31, who has no fixed address, and Stacey Marie Shrout, 29, of Beaver Dams, N.Y.

Police said they were transported to the state police barracks, where Crunetti provided authorities false information about his identity. Police learned his identity and also that he was wanted by Pa. State Parole authorities, as well as the Bradford County Sheriff's Office.

They were transported to the Luzerne County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Crunetti is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; conspiracy for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance, possession or drug paraphernalia; providing false identification to law enforcement authorities; and summary traffic violations.

Shrout is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
