Ss. Peter and Paul School, Lehighton, which celebrates its 126th Anniversary this year, announces its 2012 Catholic Schools' Week activities.

On Sunday, Jan. 29, the school community kicks off Catholic Schools Week with an Open House beginning with Mass at 11 a.m. and activities continuing until 2:30 p. m. The school's Academic Fair will also be open to the public at this time. Tours and registrations will be held at this time.

On Monday, Jan. 30 is "Crazy Hair and Sock Day" and report cards are issued.

Tuesday, Jan. 31 there will be a 10 a.m. Marian Rock Music Ministry Mass and it is TEAM Day. There will be talent show practice after school to prepare for Friday's third Annual Talent Show.

Wednesday, Feb. 1 is "Parent/Grandparent Appreciation Day." Students will honor their families with our Annual Parent/ Grandparent Luncheon.

Thursday, Feb. 2 here will be an 8 a.m. Mass. "Buddy Bingo" will be held in the afternoon and there will be talent show practice after school.

The week of celebration closes on Friday, Feb. 3rd, with "Pajama Day" and the Third Annual "Talent Show" sponsored by Student Council. Students may wear pajamas to school this day with shoes or sneakers, no slippers please. Everyone is welcome the 12:30 p. m. Talent Show at the borough Annex showcasing students in grades K-8. Admission is free and Student Council will be selling baked good.
