History occurred this morning in Carbon County with the swearing in of a third judge. Joseph J. Matika, center, takes the oath of office administered by President Judge Roger Nanovic, while looking on is Matika's wife, Jeanine Lee. Matika joins Nanovic and Judge Steven Serfass in Carbon County Court. Also sworn in this morning were other row office holders and county officials.
