A Lehigh County man is facing a charge of obscene and other sexual materials and performances.

State police at Fogelsville said Richard Alan Xydias, 65, of Macungie, has been charged for an incident that occurred at 6900 Hamilton Boulevard in a parking lot at Kohl's store in Lower Macungie Township.Troopers said Xydias placed a downloaded Internet image of adults having sexual intercourse on a vehicle at the above-stated location. A witness observed the incident and called troopers.Xydias was parked in the back of the parking lot waiting for the vehicle owner to discover the image when troopers arrived.He was taken into custody and transported to the Lehigh County central booking center for arraignment.Anyone with information concerning this incident, which occurred Monday, Jan. 2, about 9:30 a.m., is asked to call troopers at (610) 395-1438.
