A Monroe County man is facing a charge of harassment following an incident on Thursday, Nov. 12, about 6:30 p.m.

State police at Fern Ridge said at the time and date stated Mark Kunkle, of Effort, allegedly pushed Mandi Sue Decker, also of Effort, causing her to fall to the floor.The incident occurred at a residence along Tumblewood Drive, in Effort, Chestnuthill Township. Decker sustained a bruised left knee in the incident, troopers said.
