A Monroe County man is facing a charge of corruption of minors-contributing to truancy.

State police at Fern Ridge charged Angel Jose Collado, 21, of Bartonsville, following an incident at the Pocono Mountain High School in Paradise Township. Troopers said Collado arrived at the school about 7:30 a.m. on Feb. 14 and picked up a 17-year-old female juvenile and drove off with her. The girl was listed as absent for the day by school officials, troopers said.
