A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) and also found to be an illegal immigrant. The incident occurred about 4:35 a.m. on Feb. 11 in the parking lot of the E&T Pizza shop, located off SR61, in North Manheim Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Anastacio Cesar Rodriguez, 42, of Auburn, was found operating a vehicle under the influence at the above-stated location and time.Troopers added that Rodriguez was also found to be an illegal immigrant. The Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) was notified and Rodriquez was taken into custody.ICE indicated that Rodriquez would be deported back to Mexico, troopers said.
