A firefighter from Penn Forest Fire Company No. 2 was reportedly seriously injured during a fall while fighting a chimney fire on Saturday.

The firefighter, whose name wasn't available, reportedly fell from a ladder.

The fire happened after 5 p.m. Saturday at a dwelling on Mountain Road in Indian Mountain Lake development.

The blaze was contained to the chimney and no serious damage was reported to the home.
