Cecily Kohlmeier, 18, waslife-flighted to LehighValleyHospital after she rolled her JeepSunday afternoon whiledriving west on SR209, Pottsville Stretch,in Tuscarora. Responding were fire companies fromTuscarora, Mary D and others. Tamaqua Rescue and local fire police responded. Pennsylvania StatePolice are investigating. That section of SR209 was closed until the vehicle could be removed.
